Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Honeyguide Tarangire Camp
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our friendly driver guide will warmly welcome you. We’ll swiftly transport you to the mesmerizing Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, our dedicated staff will assist you with check-in and guide you to your cozy tent.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park Exploration
Rise and shine! An early wake-up call marks the beginning of an unforgettable day in Tarangire National Park. Venture out for a thrilling full-day adventure, complete with a delightful picnic lunch. Return to camp at your leisure, where you can unwind with a refreshing drink and shower before a delectable dinner.
Day 3: Journey to Kisima Ngeda Tented Camp
Bid farewell to your camp and set your course for the shores of Lake Eyasi, a seasonal soda lake. En route, we’ll make a meaningful stop at a local school supported by Adventure Life, where you’ll have the chance to connect with enthusiastic students and teachers. Finally, we’ll lead you to the enchanting Kisima Ngenda Tented Camp.
Day 4: The Plantation Lodge Awaits
Today, we check out of our lodge and embark on a fascinating visit to the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes, two remote and captivating communities in the region. Following this cultural exploration, we head to The Plantation Lodge, conveniently located near the entrance to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. After a swift check-in and safari briefing, relax in your room until dinner.
Day 5: Discover Karatu
Today, we embark on an exciting crater tour with a scrumptious picnic lunch. Keep your eyes peeled for the diverse wildlife that populates this stunning area. Upon returning to Plantation Lodge, a delicious dinner awaits you in the elegant dining room, ensuring a satisfying end to your day.
Day 6: Serengeti Adventure Begins
After breakfast, we meet our driver at reception, check out, and embark on a brief drive to the Manyara Airstrip. Bid farewell to your driver-guide and board your scheduled flight to the Serengeti. Upon landing, our camp’s safari vehicle and driver guide will greet you. A short game drive will take you to Serian Camp, where you’ll receive a warm welcome and a brief safari orientation. Finally, you’ll be shown to your comfortable room. After lunch, your first Serengeti game drive begins.
Day 7: Explore the Northern Serengeti
Enjoy the enchantment of the Reserve with two full days of wildlife exploration. Early mornings are perfect for game drives when the animals are most active, but you can also choose to relax at camp. As the afternoon unfolds, your chances of spotting the famous Big Five increase, thanks to the park’s thriving predator and prey populations.
Day 8: More Northern Serengeti Wonders
Spend an entire day immersed in the wonders of the Serengeti, where each moment is a thrilling adventure.
Day 9: Farewell and Safe Travels
After a hearty breakfast and check-out, you’ll meet your driver, who will escort you to the airport for your scheduled flight to Arusha. Upon arrival at Arusha Airstrip, an Adventure Life driver and vehicle will be ready to transport you to the nearby Shanga workshops for a unique cultural experience. Depending on your international flight schedule, our driver will take you to Arusha Coffee Lodge and later to Kilimanjaro Airport. Your incredible journey with Adventure Life concludes here.
