Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Meet your expert safari guide in the morning and embark on a exciting adventure in a 4×4 Toyota Land Cruiser. Your destination is Tarangire National Park, a land of open savannah, iconic baobab trees, and seasonal swamps. Here, elephants, giraffes, and other magnificent creatures gather by the Tarangire River. Keep an eye out for fringe-eared oryx and the unique gerenuk. This park is also home to buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeests, closely followed by prowling predators like lions. Your open-roof safari vehicle offers the perfect vantage point to immerse yourself in the wildlife. In the late afternoon, exit the park and head to the Sangaiwe Tented Lodge for a restful night.

Day 2: Tarangire Area – Serengeti National Park
Today, your journey takes you through the picturesque Ngorongoro highlands after passing Lake Manyara. Crossing the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you’ll reach the expansive plains of the Serengeti National Park by early afternoon. The next few days are dedicated to exploring the famous Serengeti, where the Big Five and countless other animals roam. Your game drives promise exciting wildlife encounters as each day on safari brings new surprises. You’ll spend the next three nights at the Kati Kati Tented Camp. Depending on the season, your camp location will be optimized for a chance to witness the Great Migration.

Day 3-4: Serengeti National Park
The following two days are all about the Serengeti. Alongside your guide, you’ll track wildlife in this pristine wilderness. Take your time to observe the park’s remarkable creatures, learn about their behaviors, and unravel their social structures. The Serengeti National Park, Tanzania’s third-largest, boasts diverse landscapes, from open grasslands in the south to woodlands and hills in the north and west. Together with Kenya’s Masai Mara, the Serengeti hosts the Great Migration—an awe-inspiring spectacle of millions of wildebeests and zebras. Your base is one of the Kati Kati Tented Camps, strategically chosen to optimize your Great Migration experience.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, your Serengeti adventure continues. In the Seronera Valley, you might witness thrilling predator-prey interactions as animals gather around water sources during the dry season. Following a picnic lunch, your journey leads toward the Ngorongoro Crater. Once you reach the crater, prepare to be captivated by the magnificent 20 km-wide caldera. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to over 20,000 animals. Your overnight stay at the Ang’ata Ngorongoro Camp offers stunning views and a chance to witness a breathtaking sunset.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
Rise early for a memorable day! After a hearty breakfast, descend the steep path into the Ngorongoro Crater. As the largest unflooded caldera in the world, it teems with remarkable wildlife, including zebras, wildebeests, and the rare black rhino, among others. You’ll also spot hyenas, waterbucks, and more than 500 bird species. After an extensive game drive and a picnic lunch, depart the crater in the afternoon and return to Arusha. Your adventure concludes in the early evening.
